INDIVIDUAL BOXING BOOTCAMP

Burn up to 800 calories in 30 minutes and 3 to 6 lbs the FIRST WEEK!  A supercharged workout incorporating Boxing Skills (jabs, hooks, uppercuts, crosses) with a mix of Bootcamp Exercises (pushups, lunges, squats, using your own body weight). A fun, fast paced workout that will decrease your body fat, strengthen and tone your muscles, increase your stamina, releases stress and will leave you feeling like a champ!
