For 20 years BodyWorks has been stressing the importance of strength training in children,  Done correctly, your child will not only see his/her strength and stamina increase, but his/her confidence level will shoot through the roof. We use light weights, calisthenics and full range of motion so that your child will reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle at an early age and continue with the program all his/her life.
